Wow! I've heard good things about this outlet. This was my first time to visit and my sole purpose was to get a sundae. It was excellent! So glad it stays open until 8 pm. It was 6 pm when we went there wasn't a line. There is plenty of free parking. Of you want iconic Ghirardelli chocolate and at a discount, check this out!

Deserts were good. However customer service was very poor. We wanted to order brownie, which was listed on the menu, still we were refused to get it saying that they dont just give it and only comes in desert. But there menu had it for separate order.

I love how it’s tucked away but still noticeable from the road. I like this location better than going all the way over to SF. The free parking is a plus also. Very nice people working at this store as well as the people we spoke to while in line. They had 75% off of the peppermint bark (there’s still a lot for anyone interested. Today’s date 4-24-21). The 2 pack is 25 cents and the big bag is $1.00, that’s right-$1.00 compared to it normally being $3.95. We went mainly for ice cream but ended up buying the bark on sale.
