You are only allowed food for babies or for people with medical conditions. You need to show proof of medical condition. You can bring a cooler to leave in your vehicle as you are allowed to come and go from the park as long as you get stamped before exiting.
I don't think so. However, whatever comes in in a diaper bag...
I'm not sure what their rules are about bringing outside food and drink.
