Cash is king! Most vendors accept debit cards but most food stalls do not. Also if you buy from multiple vendors your card might get put on hold from the bank as they sometimes come from different cities. There are ATMs available too but the fee is quite large.

Bring some cash. Most everyone takes credit except for some of the small kiosk. Also many of the shows accept cash tips. Major food vendors are accepting credit this year. Fyi they have ATMs but the fee is very high.
