Honestly , get your Tix ahead of time. Like a month or so. Then save up a lil between then and your visit to get some extra spending cash while you're there. That's what I do. It's worth it imo. Some don't think so and that's ok. Either way you dont even need to spend on the rides to have a good time. Last time we went we didn't go on any but still watched the shows and had some food(yup, extra also).

Yes. The price of entry is just that entry. It's like going to a theme park with premium attractions and food. The shows at the amphitheaters are free and it's free to walk around but everything else has a price.
