Heb does not have its own delivery service per say but, Shipt is a big grocery delivery application that alot of people use to get groceries from HEB, and I've only heard great things.
Like if you had a specific list or curbside pick up ready and some type of payment for gas money. Then yes ma'am I will deliver groceries.
