I had a great experience until I went to the counter and found out the stylist had charged me $10 extra for cleaning up the back of my neck and trimming my eyebrows. Is this now standard practice for Tune Up?

Not sure about the brows, its been my experience that the back of the neck is standard / included with the cut. Kinda makes sense in a place like this that there is a charge for the extras (like brows).

Hi I was wondering if y'all cut the sides and curl the top part like a perm basically?

Hi Abel, we are a full service salon / barbershop. However, if your hair is naturally curly, shaping the sides and top is no problem. But, if you are wanting the hair on the top to be curled / permed, that is a service we are not equipped to do.
