I'm a barista all the way in Oregon and I can tell ya that sometimes, the job is NOT easy and you can get overwhelmed very easily. So try to consider that maybe your barist was just frustrated and needed coffee themselves.
People are human and we all make mistakes, there's no one on earth who is perfect! Try to understand what that person has gone through in one day and you will find yourself understanding a whole lot more! Js! Hope things get better for you! God Bless!
This place is my second office and home sometimes in hot springs! I have never had anyone be rude to me since moving to hot springs 4 years ago. Unlike any other business, during a rush even the friendliest of staff can’t afford to give customer same time and attention as they can in the regular times.
I’m not ever one to complain man, I would’ve just took the drink they gave me and not held up the line 🤷♂️ I guess I can imagine the stress and trying to pour shots for drinks in the drive thru and while in the store. The person probably didn’t mean anything by that just so busy they can’t comprehend what’s going on around them. I’m just a go with a flow guy and if they give me the wrong drink once in a blue moon I ain’t saying nothing and it isn’t worth holding the line up for a drink
That sounds like the drive-thru order taker... the person on the speaker, not at the window. The window person did not have the headset on and was very helpful.
