I have 12 grandkids, only about 4 can come at a time. Would I be able to buy 4 season passes and when other come at different days use same passes.

No. They are assigned with a name and photo that shows when scanned in.

Unfortunately, no each child will need their own pass. They will want to take photos for each pass to ensure no one is using someone else's pass. But if you buy your pass early enough you get 1 free guest pass per season pass you could knock out one group of passes and still take the other children then do their passes the next time.
