How come people can just come in and shower when they are not camping? Homeless or too cheap to pay for water at their home?

I think Parks should offer showers in this way. Hikers may not be camping in the camp grounds but still need to shower. Homeless people need showers too. And have you ever been out with kids for an entire day? They get into all manner of cosmic mischief. A shower before the car ride home may create tranquil silence lol. I don't know about the showers in the park, I only visit the park for family get together once a year

The park let's them do it if you want a better answer ask the park rangers
