North Higgins has a new paved trail that is a couple .iles long, but also just across from the park is a dirt fitness trail that has hills and turns that make a great location to bike
There is also a two mile paved path to ride.

There is a new bike path all around North State Park.
North Higgins Lake State Park has a really great trail system -- probably a couple of miles long. There's one stretch where it gets a little close to the road, but it's very new and fun.
There are really nice paved trails for walking/ biking.
