These cottages are always clean and well stocked with essentials. The location is great, especially if you have young children. Our hosts are very helpful and friendly. And you can't beat the view of Higgins Lake! We plan to return every summer.

Our families stayed here in all 3 cabins and it was such a great experience!! All 3 cabins were super clean. Higgins Lake is absolutely beautiful. You have access to the lake and 2 docks, plus kayaks and firepits. It was a great experience for our 3 families and our kids, who ranged from the ages of 1 to 12. Looking forward to making more fun family memories here!

Yes. There is a private dock directly on the property. Also there are rental businesses around the lake for Jet skis, boats, pontoons, etc.

Cedar shores rents 3 day intervals are 3 day stays or By the week to save more money and they rent their cabins from the October 15th through May 15th by the month
