Allowed but not on beach, also must be leashed.
Don't go past the sidewalk before the beach.... keep em' on a leash.. clean up the doo doo.

The State parks are dog friendly, you just have to clean up after them, obviously. And they also might not be allowed at the beach, you'd have to contact them directly to be sure though.
