Based on a Saturday from last year, there was little waiting time (5-10 minutes). Time varies per attraction. Haunted House was quite large, and I'd agree it was about 20 minutes. Haunted Hayride, more like 10-15 minutes. We probably stayed for 1.5 hours total. Both were amazing and well worth our two hour drive!
We went on Halloween night 2018 and it took about 15 minutes to get into the Asylum and took about 20 to go through it. Great actors last year. Haven't been this year yet. Hope this helps a little!
