No they don't have a frisbee course but they are a very large open field across from the picnic area that you could throw a frisbee

Not at the picnic grounds, but there is a very large mowed grass field where you could toss a Frisbee. At least 100 yards long, maybe more.
There is a very small frisbee golf course in the grass beside Old Mill Pond in Banner Elk.
