Mavis wants you to know that your well-being and safety mean everything to us. Counters are cleaned throughout the day, we have 6ft spacing between chairs in the waiting area and when waiting in line. We also provide hand sanitizer for customers and all staff and customers are required to wear a mask. We follow CDC updates and protocol as recommended. Unfortunately they are not very Covid safe. Lots of employees without masks. Tables are not wiped down. At one point there were 4 guys at the front talking to each other without a mask (and no ventilation). If I didn't have a KN95 on I would have left. It was very frustrating.
