I just bought a new truck and was looking for a place to have some work done on the brakes, I heard about this place through a friend who went here a few times because he knew someone that did work on the side and also now works here as a manager. This person tried to charge him for work that wasn't done previously and my friend let it go because he made it right and fixed the issue no charge because that's what an honorable person is suppose to do, he had a few other things done by this same person and didn't have an issue so started recommending them to others including me, but recently he went to have work done on his brand new rims and tires just to have them all scratched up, covered in oil, treated unprofessionally and left with nearly a flat tire on his way home, so I don't recommend anybody having work done by Mavis if you actually want to be assured of your safety especially when it comes to brakes and tires, if you can't trust someone to take care of your things with a simple $60 job it's not the smartest decision to trust them with anything more, I'll be sure to bring my truck elsewhere.

We heard air going out of our tires and immediately panicked! we quickly googled places that were open and Mavis Discount tires was open and had amazing reviews. Dory greeted us with a smile and was very knowledgable. Her ability to listen to the costumer and help them work through their options is an incredible skill. Our service was fast, reasonably priced and honest! What more could you ask for!

This is the second time I have come to Melvin’sTire Pro. Both times the staff went above and beyond to help me. Today Sara was exceptional in helping me with my tire. She fit me in even though they were super busy. Sara ordered me tires and made sure I had an appointment for that week. I would recommend this to anyone. 10/10
