No free parking officially. Across the street from Ivars there is a parking lot that states you must be an ivars customer to park there... so I purchase a $1.75 hot chocolate and carry on to the light house.
There is no limit for parking as long as you pay the fee per hour. But if you live in Mukilteo, you get this pass in the mail and you put it on your car. The pass means that you can park in the pay parking for free! For people who live in Mukilteo only.
Not that I seen. But it sure is Beautiful there.
