I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone is friendly and professional. I have rarely had to wait once I'm checked in. At my last visit my doctor referred me to another Everett Clinic location. That location was calling me to set up an appointment before I got to my house. Pretty awesome.

I hurt my knee and was in excruciating pain. I made an online appointment the last one available at 6:30 pm. Everything about this Clinic was excellent! I have never had this good of service at a doctor's office before. So glad I did not go to the ER at the hospital. I did not have to wait long and everyone was kind and helpful. The doctor here was amazing. He knew just how to examine my knee ordered the necessary x-rays, was able to get the x-rays immediately. I was done in 1 hour , left with a knee brace and meds that I needed. I will always go here in the future. I am sold on Harbor Point clinic!

Made appointment for 1:32pm. Arrived at 1:15pm for check in. Must’ve been around 2:20 before they brought me back to wait even longer for the doctor. Once the doctor finally came in (2:55) he didn’t seem too interested in my problem. In fact, he deemed my issue “fine and to take antibiotics”. I have been in for this exact recurring problem for years, not once have they sent me home with just antibiotics. I portrayed skepticism and he suggested getting another doctor’s opinion. The doctor he brought in was one who has dealt with me before for this exact problem I came in for. He immediately contradicted what the first doctor said, and said to set up for procedure. Ok that’s great. But now I’m waiting AGAIN for the same doctor. A nurse came in and said he got caught up with another patient. So what, I just get cut in line because the doctor changed his mind? What kind of bunk is that?

I had a good experience. My issue was found quickly, and the cost for service and diagnostics was much cheaper than I was expecting for a walk-in appointment. I know getting a good medical experience can be up to luck often, but in my case I was satisfied with my care.
