We stayed here in May, 2022 and enjoyed our stay, however, when we checked in we were charged $75.00 for incidentals, and were told it would drop off our card if it was not needed. We had no incidentals and the charge did not drop off. I talked with the manager several times but he said he did not know how to remove the $75.00 charge that it was up to my bank. I ended up having to file a non-fraud dispute claim with my bank, which they took care of. I was disappointed in the hotel manager's lack of knowledge and willingness to take care of this incidental charge, which was not handled properly or professional.

The staff were very sweet, and willing to help. They were also really friendly and just awesome in general. The room was very cozy and clean, and there wasn't any smell. I slept quite well :) The pool was clean and pretty fun to be in. And the food was tasty!

After spending almost $300/night, being expected to pay addt’l extra charges for wifi AND a paltry breakfast seems absurd. Not only that, but they tried to change our room type without asking us (a less valuable room with different features, without even refunding the decrease in price…) because of arbitrary reasons that were inconsistent between staff members. I am appalled at how little regard the Hilton company seems to have towards customer experience, if this is how all of them operate. Perhaps we just got unlucky here. Save your money and go elsewhere

Positive: Close to the location I traveled to Seattle for. Negative: One would think like most hotels, there would be a free continental breakfast. No it's not free. I could have stayed at other hotels that offer this but as a Hilton Honors member, I expected a bit more than what this hotel offered.

Yes. They are infront of the future of flight building. Their is i think 2 or 3 of them.
Nice restaurants down the road by the new ferry, or king teriyaki across the street.
Yes you can, the package will be at the front desk. Occasionally, if the staff goes far and beyond, it will be waiting in your room for you upon check-in. I do this all the time for my job. A lot more convenient than checking bags / boxes on an airplane
