Are these office hours posted? If you are open 24 hrs, what number do i call to register my boat @ 11pm on a Monday? No one was around last night @ 11pm.

When we visited this summer I believe the office hours were either 7-4 or 8-5.

Thank you Brett for having the ONLY helpful answer. What kind of guide are you? Fishing? Since the boat doesn't have numbers yet I was told by the game warden that they assign the numbers at the park office not a f'n courthouse.

You don't call to register a boat at 11pm anyways. Would you try to register a car at 11pm? No probably not. You go during business hours, 9-5 to a court house.
