Similar exercises....kettlebell swings, deadlifts, air squats, etc. High-Intensity, short-intervals. Generally a warm up set, or two, and into the work out...and then a stretch. Some things I have found different...they offer different types of routines (Power, Push, Strength, etc) to allow you to pick from different routines and add variety. Great coaches that push, while watching form and keeping you safe.
Like Luis said similar, but much more fun, it's a place where you feel comfortable around everyone. Everyone is there to help you and cheer you on. We have people of all walks of life. We help you I. Whatever it is you think you cant do. I never went to a crossfit gym in my life and now I cant stop going. Love this place like a second home. Give it a try I promise you'll love it as much as we all do.
Similar, but I personally think it's better. They help with nutrition and the coaches really care about you reaching your goals.
