I took my father on will clayton about 31/2 weeks ago to get his ID , the line was long then.And now it is the 17th of the month and have not received the I D yet.The phone line is busy constantly, never can get through.What do we do.

I want to know when i take my father back to , Will Clayton for his Id because he has not received it and it has been about 2 month, will he have to pay money again.Can't get a answer on the phone, because no one is answering.

To Brenda , As I mentioned to another person with question about the same- The DEPARTMENT HAS GROWN ALOT . It was meant for the exhisting population but the population has grown with great numbers through the years. There's no other choice but to be early and assemble with patience . A Good attitude keep the mind , brain, and body from unnecessary harm. (Last longer) AND to Edward , The Department's Staff are doing Their Best TO AND WITH PROVIDING THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HAVE IN HOUSE . I hope this was helpful because it's true : )
