Sometimes if they're not busy they do walk-ins. Alot of people miss their appointments.

You need to make an appt online and show up at least 20-30 mins before to be able to check in and fill out a form. I would try to make the earliest appt. I made my appt for 9am and if I would have had all my stuff I would have been out of there min 20 mins.
The smaller locations are by appointment only. Not sure about the super centers. I went to the one in Humble the other day, and they weren't taking any walk ins.
