I believe the age cut off is 64, and also if you donate at the blood bank, you'd have to wait eight weeks after a whole blood donation to be eligible, regardless of age.

The age limit to donate plasma is 70. Also, the same waiting period applies after donating blood, meaning you would have to wait approx 6-7 weeks or so between donating blood and donating plasma. If someone were only to donate plasma (no whole blood donation) they can donate twice a week as long as their vitals remain within normal range.
