We stay there when passing through the area. The sites are pull through and they have full hookups plus cable. It's close to the highway but there was no noise and there are a couple of fast food restaurants right by the entrance and within walking distance.
We've stayed there and recently had a need to store our 5th wheel. We have it at the Woods at about $50/month (including tax). We've had it there since Nov. 1 with no problems.
We stayed there overnight and the lots were easy and pull-through. Easy to find. Been there done that, so good luck on the job search, etc.
I don't know if The WOODS received your question so you should call them. We stay there on our way thru Montgomery quite often. Staff is very efficient & friendly. Really nice long lots. All pull-thru. Great cable selections. Haven't found any good restaurants close by. Maybe there are some that we just didn't find. Local travel books have good recommendations for downtown. There were rv's that appeared to be there longer than a few days. Hope this info helps you in choosing a location. Good luck with your new job.
