We stayed the night there and we ate at the Country pride restaurant. Our meal was $40 and our steer burger tasted bad and my baked potato was hard. We took a shower and the water never got hot. We told the cashier and he was very unfriendly. All he cared about was listening to his music and trying to dance. We will never stay here again.

I dont care to park at TA's, like that but the TA mechanic shops are always good not much of a difference with that one the check in shop Women was good the mechanics were cool I can say the same about the actual TA cashier is the maine store but She was at least helpfull enought to let Me know that the shop did not open untill like 8.am I was not able to see the shop open hrs on the tinted window on My first walk to the TA. this five star is really for the TA mechanic shop not the TA it self.

So glad i stopped by. Grab a shower, restaurant opened at 7am , and staff was great, serving it up with love ❤ 😍 💖 ❣ 💕 💘, you all come on in. I had Philly cheese steak omelet made with love, 1 pancake, hashbrowns, bacon.

Food was good and had good service. Got here park in a spot did a walk around go inside to eat and shower. Shower wasn't clean. I come back out to find sings was placed in front of my truck and the ones next to me. They wasn't there or even near by when I park. I went inside to talk to the manager and all he said was I had to talk to the Security guard and refused to talk to me. They forced to pay for a spot even tho there was no sing or paint spot saying I was in a paid spot. I was told I had to pay, move or they would chain my tires and make me pay a higher price. I will not come back here again. Same thing happen to me in at a different location I'm about ready to switch away from ta and petrol

Security is a retired detective. He's not the owner . You were parking in a no parking zone. Y'all always try it. 😂
My personal experience with this travel center was nice with good service, however you should handle your experience as deemed necessary. When not satisfied call corporate. Sorry you were treated unfairly, I am well aware of unfair treatment, remember businesses can suffer when we as customers excercise our options, you have choices so use whatever is best for you as an individual.
The Montgomery Alabama TA has a Country Pride restaurant. It's NOT fast food. It's full service. Everything is cooked to order.

That's an interesting question normally folks want to know how many parking spots.. if you get the TA app it'll give you an accounting of all the spots that they have and typically update how many are left and you'll also get the reserved spots that are available You can order your showers from your app sitting in your truck but they will expire in about 15 minutes You can also pay for your reserved parking in advance if you so choose
