TERRIBLE Pharmacy customer service. Not the first time it has been awful. Will be taking my business elsewhere ASAP. Recommend you do not use this location if you enjoy even decent customer service.

I am an extremely patient person, but their systems are down today and there is no plan in place to assist with medications. Sick children need medication. We rely on electronics as if they are perfect and will never go down. Companies need to plan for situations like this.

If you care anything about your health, finances and sanity you will find another pharmacy. Please do not give Walgreens your business. I have had so many bad experiences with this particular location. For example: a stolen debit card, incorrect quantities of prescriptions (supposed to receive 60 pills in a bottle, but only 45 were in there.) They charged my insurance company for triple the quantity of another prescription. Dishonesty, rudeness, and incompetence pretty much sums up Walgreen's Pharmacies. From what I hear every location in the Montgomery area is like this. Run!!
