I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!! I got to this place at 7:40pm; a gentleman opened the door for me, I proceeded in looking for any big washers. I walked the worker twice, she looked at me but continued on talking to a male customer. I started getting my clothes ready to wash, she came to me & stated, “Honey I’m sorry, but you can’t start washing the cut off is at 7:30 I got it all over the door,” rudely because the guy was complaining about another worker to her & she want to discuss it with him anymore after talking to him from 7:40(when I got there) until 7:58 when came & rudely stopped me; they were talking when I came in so I don’t know how long they were talking. Long story short, I didn’t see any signs because the guy opened the door for me & secondly the hours are from 7:00am until 9:00pm not 7:30pm. Gas is to high to be wasting it by going by false hours and your workers need customer service courses because the lady who spoke to me was rude & a guy was complaining about another one!!!!

I thoroughly enjoy Family Laundry. It is conveniently located near my home and it is clean and well maintained and managed. I normally use the large front loading machines. 06 May 2022...... Family Laundry is a very nice place to wash your clothes. It is as nice as you can expect a laundromat to be. By the way, I didn't utilize Family Laundry today. I ate lunch at Pizza Perfect next door. I highly recommend both businesses.

Second Chance

Good dryers there but as for the washers. The more expensive washers are always half washing cloths and the staff on duty don't do nothing but make up excuses so they can't re-wash or refund your money, management needs to get that in order before they lose customers

This laundry spot is really good. I took my white fluffy rug here to be cleaned. They have lots of washers and dryers available and it wasn’t crowded. They offer free WiFi while you wait and have a tv. I like the variety in the sizes of washers and dryers available. This is definitely my favorite laundromat.
