DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you are MILITARY, stay away from this company. I made an appointment online and even called them to schedule a ride. I called again once I landed, and suddenly the dispatcher couldn't reach his drivers. This company flat out left me and a few others stranded at the airport (at night). The manager in charge of dispatch has zero customer service skills. The company is not reliable and terrible at being on time.

I’m still waiting to be picked up and the gentleman on the phone was absolutely rude to me. I’m trying to pay good money for a ride and for Me to just call and ask how much longer it’s going to be and him to tell tme that they will call. When I tried to explain to him that my phone was dying, his response was “well you better figure out a way to charge it”. Um if I had a charger don’t you think I would have done so already???
