You can park around the park they have meters but wait until after 6 p.m. so you can park free
There are two parking lots near the park...actually several...2 underground...don't drive so not sure of street parking rules. Enjoy.peace

They have parking meters. They are free after 6, and much cheaper than the parking garages.
