Yes, it's open but some stores wasn't open when I went two weeks ago. You can check online to find out what stores are open as well. I would advise you to be there when they open up to avoid waiting. The Nike line was so long and I didn't wait I went to stores for shoes with minimum or no wait in line. Also social distance markers are in place at the stores as well.
yes but keep in mind they're practicing social distancing so you may have to wait in line outside of the store. I know for sure Nike, Adidas, and Old Navy had a line outside 2 weeks ago
