When do the farmers booths reopen? And the outdoor plant section? I'm primarily interested in the outdoor plants and nurseries section on the south end.

There are limited people there now. It's all got to do with when the vegetables start getting ready which is limited until late March but start rolling in heavy the 3rd to 4th week in April. The truckers shed is open but that's wholesale/large quantity sales but I'm sure they'll welcome your business. This is all my best guess.
