Nice property. Clean rooms. Good location. Good rate. Seems like a nice place. Only there one night, but no complaints. Starbucks coffee in lobby area where breakfast is served. Friendly staff. Nice shopping area across the street. No complaints at all.

Keep reading why I didn't rate 5 stars...This hotel is very clean and the staff are very courteous and helpful. The location is great since there is a grocery store and several other stores and restaurants across the street. Huge gripe though!!!!! The pool was closed! When I inquired I was told closed for season until sometime in May. I'm here for vacation/business and had a couple hours to relax by the pool in 85 degree weather and it's closed for season? Really? Major amenity not available should be advertised as so when booking. Get better management.....

UPDATE….There was a cockroach in room #344. Tried calling front desk but no response. We tried to kill it. We could not believe it! But, this is true. Very nice accommodations. They upgraded us to a suite, no charge. Super friendly staff. Clean.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Checking in was unfortunate, with a rather rude employee at the desk, but most likely was stress related since we were traveling with a large group. Beautiful courtyard, lovely bar, high quality shower. A really nice stay!
