Is there a hiking trail here?

Not really, its more like a park, at the shore. Play fetch with you dog, swim, have a picnic and take photos

There is a small path that winds up through part of the park from the road, but I wouldn't describe it as a hiking trail in the park. It's a mostly rocky beach with a small sandy area, and plenty of pretty grass up top to run and play on or relax and enjoy the view.

There isn't a hiking trail at the park, but there's one down the road
