No. It is a State Park. There is a changing house and places to go to the toilet. There is a boardwalk along the dune and stairs down to the beach. There are parts that are ADA but not everything, as it is a natural area. There are picnic tables also, and nice views. Bring your bug spray, the mosquitos are hearty and hungry in the summer.

No reid state sucks..went once with my grandkids and thought i would die getting on and off the beach
