I will be visiting bath Maine around the middle of August. Are there blue crabs there? Can you fish for them any time of the year? How do u shore catch them?

U can fish there, only on the back side. Not along the beach

It's a state park so I'm pretty sure you can't fish there. The wildlife is protected.

I do believe that all habitat is protected

I have only seen "green crabs". I believe that's what they are anyways...
