Yes, at least in the front room. We have brought our daughter there recently in the evening during a time when there were live music acts. Not an issue.
When The Adam Savage trio, ( modern Jazz), played, two girls about 7 or 8 were be-boppin' in thier seat's having a great time.
I'm sure they can, but the entertainment might not always be to their taste.
I've seen it before, but their enjoyment might be different if the place is full, will require a lot of sitting still and loud music
