Just blew through there on Thursday and I saw no bathrooms.

Go inside the Convention Center to use bathrooms. They're on the first floor but they close at 9 most days, an hour before the place closes. Not sure what the hours on Saturday or the weekend are.

Yes. Locked for seasonal. Which is consistent with permanent closure.
No wc here, and the narrow stairs down the tall waterfall smell like some people don't care
