Why is there playground torn out? For the last few years our little family biked around the lake and then played at the playground. The play structure is completely ripped out this year! Is it being replaced, or just making more room for camp sites?

It was getting aged beyond repair. There is a plan to replace but i dont know the timeline.

Yes, I spoke to the city and they should have something new soon.
