Its got decent managers, but this is designed as a mobile home park, not an RV park. There aren't any nightly sites and most of the rules aren't strictly enforced.

Is there a lot of potential for flooding during the winter months?

Our park and majority of Vernonia is in a 100 year flood plain. Although we haven't had a flood in a while (more than 10 years) there is always that chance.
