Wanda right at this time of the year, very cold with Ice Rain and Snow! If your in a Car parking shouldn't be a problem. But if I'm a Truck, parking spaces go quickly unless you reserve a space or park on the highway ramp. It's very quiet at night... But cold! And is a 24hr restaurant for a hot meal!
If you can't get easy parking in lot the on ramp is very close to facilities. ...it's so nice
Wanda, it is cold in the winter and hot in the summer. We were there in August 2017 and the temperature was near 100. In the winter it could drop below freezing. North Bend is higher elevation than Seattle. If you are thinking of buying a home there, it very expensive. Hope that helps.
