Does the mall do background checks for employment

I have never had a retail job where they didn't. I worked at Lane Braynt and Old Navy. Ma n pa places maybe not but corperate yes 💯. Ask their HR dept anonymously. If its theft, likely a no go or difficult. If its a DUI or something its not what they're looking for. I used to be management.
