Is there public areas to exit the river when canoeing and kayaking? If so where are they located.

There is a location on the east end of the campground. I don't know if you need to be a camper but I found this entry area last year.

To tell you the truth I'm really not sure when I go there I go for camping and for 4-wheeling I have never really done kayaking or canoeing or tubing there.

Sides of river near the campground are pretty steep. Further down, there are areas to safely get off the river.

Is a bit tricky, but while staying there, I did see a group from one of the local companies pick people up near the dump and fill station. It has a few steps, but apparently did accommodate for kayaking and canoeing.

I dont think there is but I'm not 100% sure. If you call the dnr at the Bessey station they could probably tell you for sure. The number I have is #130-853-2257.
