The camp ground is free for tents, and $20 a night for campers/RVs. You get to hook up to their electricity with campers and RVs. They have a small playground for kids and they have a small beach area that is perfect for kids to swim in. They even have a trail to walk on. I went here for 4 days and have yet to come across one mosquito. The ideal place to camp and boat for families.

Great place for a get away! Clean and well maintained, along with nice restroom and shower facilities. Not a lot of shade due to young trees, but will be nice in a few years. Two playground areas for kids. Lots of people fishing, boating, kayaking. Great trails for hiking. Close to North Loup, NE if you need ice, firewood, fuel etc.

We just went last weekend. They put 2 million into the campground recently. Electricity at each site and a dump/water station. Two new play ground sets that the kids loved! Nice walking trails too!

As far as car camping goes, this is one of my favorite spots. We have returned several times now and haven't been disappointed. There are enty of RV pads, if that's how you like to camp, but for me, I need a patch of grass to pitch the tent. Not only is the tent camping away from the RV area, but there are great spots to find some shade and enjoy the views. Concrete picnic tables with fire rings and concrete pads are great. The group tent camping area is nice and large. The walki g trails were beautiful in the fall. The down side is the lake is used for irrigation, so the water level is lower the later you camp during the crop season, but then again that just means more beach...and more beach means more mud for the kids, and that makes them happy too. The NRD has a great spot here and should be recognized for their efforts to make everyones outdoor experience better.

You can either reserve your spot online or they have 20 campsites available that are first come, first serve. Beautiful place to camp, we just spent the last week there. Amazing experience.
Go to the website for Reserve America.
Went up to 25.00 a day and some are first come first serve. Go to the website Reserve American Camp
Not sure. We were there yesterday fishing
Well I been camping in this place a lot and usually you don't have to make a reservation. Week days are empty anyways it gets busy during weekends but with the school already started even on weekends is not that bad. They add lots of handicap area also so I think if you just show up is gonna be ok. This is my favourite place to go camping because is really quite and peaceful
