It is in front of the parking garage. It is kind of hard to see but if you are near the stairs or elevator of the parking garage you should see it easily.
There's a parking garage by entrance B (which is more visible) entrance C is connected to that garage. All of the closed entrances have a map with the entrance names on them, if you need that.
Very easy to see. I parked in lot B and big signs say C
