Location was great, valet service was great. The room was a deluxe suite, very nice and spacious with 2 doubles in it and a separate sitting room.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Tomball was exceptionally clean and well- maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the air conditioner did not cool the room well. I need a temp of 69 or below to sleep well and, with the humidity, the a/c didn't reach that level during the night. The bed was very comfortable, but I didn't sleep well due to the temperature in the room.

We stayed here on a work trip and found the hotel to be just fine. We checked in after 1:00am because of a late night at work, and the desk clerk had already closed our reservation. He was A-OK to open it back up, but that caused a little extra time for check-in. We checked out at noon the next day, so almost all our time here was sleeping. There's not much to review in this case. I'll say there's nothing spectacular about the experience to bump up to four or five stars, but a three is above average, and that was our experience. The room was very clean and well appointed. In fact, all the parts of the hotel that we saw were incredibly clean and bright. I'm nearly certain we will stay here again, and will recommend to other friends who might be down that way.

Great location with plenty of food options around there. Hotel is clean and modern. Plenty of parking. Looks safe. Breakfast could be better. Sadly they turn off the pancake maker at 9:30 when the breakfast hours are supposed to be till 10 am. Very disappointing.
