The hourly rate (electrical hookup included) is $10 per hour for boats up to 60 feet overall length, $15 per hour for boats over 60 feet overall length. If paying by credit card, two hour minimum payment is required.
No, you must pay. Best to have a reservation if planning on going during a peak time.
Free parking sunday morning. Go to the Annapolis website. It gives more information on parking. I believe it could be free in the parking guarage too.
I don't know. If it is free it must be short term so folks can get food. It always has been "full" when we were there.
