I was there for wedding only. I'm not from San Antonio live in far north Tx.
Of my years visiting Brackenridge Park, I have never seen a mobile zoo farm. Call the zoo maybe they have party pack for the kids inside the Zoo.
Don't think so due to liability issues. Recommend calling San Antonio parks and recreation to verify.
