You can park an rv at the sunken gardens next to the tea gardens, there is definitely plenty of space at that section, but don't try to park across from the zoo, that section is always crowded and full and most likely difficult to park an rv. And parking is free

Definitely, you can park at the sunken gardens or at the zoo. There are always field trips here so there is plenty of room for busses and such.
I have seen them parked by the zoo, tea garden. In the large parking lot
I think it was only for cars because I didn't see any RV
