We just stayed there and the trick is to get there between 1 and 2. You can get all checked in and use all the stuff they have, just won't get your room till 4. Our room was ready at 3:30. No idea about the bed bugs, room was very clean.

I don't know about the online check in no lines this year and no bed bugs last year or this year
